How are the CORE Desks shipped?

Your CORE desk will be shipped directly from our headquarters in Glasgow, Scotland. Due to the desk's size, a standard shipping fee of £29.95 applies. The desk will arrive in two separate boxes: one containing the legs and another with the desktop. Since the desktop is a single-piece surface, it requires separate packaging to ensure safe delivery.
What warranty do GT Omega offer?

We offer an 18-month standard warranty on all CORE desks. You can extend this to 36 months through our loyalty program—simply share a photo of your setup online to qualify! Additionally, we provide a 14-day return period for a full refund if you're not completely satisfied. For more details, please refer to the pages linked below.
Is it easy to assemble the desk?

Assembly of the CORE Desk is straightforward for all models. Each desk comes with a set of instructions and all the necessary parts for assembly. On average, a single person can complete the build in 1-2 hours.

What sizes are the desktops?

Our desktops are spacious, allowing you to make the most of your available space. Each CORE desk is available in one of three desktop sizes:

Do height-adjustable desks use a lot of power?

Our electric height-adjustable desks only consume power while actively adjusting. When idle, they have close to no power draw.
