Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on item size, order contents, quantity, and delivery location.

Small Items: from £4.95
Standard Shipping: from £9.95
Large Items & Orders: from £29.95

Shipping rates are always clearly displayed at checkout before payment and may vary depending on the items in your order.

Please note that offshore locations will incur an additional surcharge of £80 for large items and orders.

Northern Ireland has its own shipping rate which has a minimum of £15.95 and will increase depending on the size of your item and number of items in your order. This cost will be presented to you at the checkout before you complete your order.

Digital purchases, such as GT Omega Gift Cards, have no shipping costs.

Order Cut-Off Time:

Orders placed before 1:00pm GMT (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same working day and we will aim to get your order out for delivery that day. Orders placed after 1:00pm GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We will aim to ship these orders the same day where possible but during busy periods this might not be possible.

How long is delivery in the UK?

We aim to have orders processed within 1 working day, after which please allow 1 - 5 working days for your package to be fulfilled and delivered.

*GT Omega takes pride in being punctual but throughout December, during Black Friday and mid-sale, you may have to wait longer for your order. We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.

How do I track my order?

When your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. The tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately.

What does GT Omega warranty cover?

GT Omega stands by its products, and even though our chairs, cockpits and accessories are more robust than anything else on the market, problems do occur.

Therefore GT Omega grants up to 18 months of manufacturer’s warranty.

Extended 6 Month Warranty

Customers from 05/06/2024 onward can receive an additional 6 Months of Warranty on their purchase by completing the appropriate objective through our loyalty program.
