Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the size and location of your order as follows:
- Small Items: £4.95
- Standard Shipping: £9.95
- Large Items and Orders: £29.95
Please note that offshore locations will incur an additional surcharge of £80 for large items and orders.
Digital purchases, such as GT Omega Gift Cards, have no shipping costs.

Shipping Times
We use FedEx, Parcel Force, UPS, DX Delivery and Royal Mail to send all of our UK orders.
Orders have a transit time of 1-3 business days. Shipping times do vary due to location.
Returns
At GT Omega, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We offer 14-day returns on products bought from our store.
This excludes Clearance Items which are not eligible to be returned.

Warranty
GT Omega stands by its products, and even though our chairs, cockpits and accessories are more robust than anything else on the market, problems can occur. Therefore GT Omega grants 18 months of manufacturer’s warranty for our chairs, simulator cockpits and desks starting from the day of delivery. Designed with various adjustments to suit users of all shapes and sizes. Allows the player to adjust the wheel platform height, pedal platform angle, gear mount height, length of the cockpit frame and the seat position. Suitable for children and adults playing on PlayStation, Xbox and PC.
The ART cockpit is compatible with GT Omega Racing Seats It’s also possible to mount most after market seats to this frame.
The sturdiness of the GT Omega ART cockpit supports professional pedal sets as well as being compatible with all major wheel and pedals including Logitech, Thrustmaster and Fanatec.
The unique design allows the cockpit to be separated into two halves. By removing 2 bolts both halves can be folded down for easy transport or storage.
The GT Omega ART cockpit is also upgradeable allowing you to customize and add numerous ART accessories to enhance your ultimate racing experience.
