Shipping costs are determined by the size and location of your order as follows:
- Small Items: £4.95
- Standard Shipping: £9.95
- Large Items and Orders: £29.95
Please note that offshore locations will incur an additional surcharge of £80 for large items and orders.
Digital purchases, such as GT Omega Gift Cards, have no shipping costs.

Shipping Times
We use FedEx, Parcel Force, UPS, DX Delivery and Royal Mail to send all of our UK orders.
Orders have a transit time of 1-3 business days. Shipping times do vary due to location.
Returns
At GT Omega, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We offer 14-day returns on products bought from our store.
This excludes Clearance Items which are not eligible to be returned.

Warranty
GT Omega stands by its products, and even though our chairs, cockpits and accessories are more robust than anything else on the market, problems can occur. Therefore GT Omega grants 18 months of manufacturer’s warranty for our chairs, simulator cockpits and desks starting from the day of delivery. LUMBAR SUPPORT CUSHION
The GT Omega RS12 includes a supportive lumbar cushion. This cushion is made with a dense and malleable memory foam and is adorned with our comfortable fabric material.
PVC CARBON EDITION
The RS12 is also available in a mixed material Carbon edition which boasts our signature reinforced PVC upholstery with a comfortable velour seating area.
BUILT IN ADJUSTABILITY
The RS12 includes built-in seat sliders and has a recline function which makes it easy to find your perfect racing position.

This premium fabric Racing Seat combines adjustability with top of the line luxurious materials to deliver a relaxed and comfortable driving experience.
The ultra-soft fabric upholstery is plush yet hard wearing and wraps elegantly around a solid steel frame construction and supportive cold moulded foam cushioning. Designed for everyday use, the RS12 is resistant against water, dirt and oils and can reliably endure long periods of use for years to come.
The RS12 includes built-in seat sliders and has a recline function which makes it easy to find your perfect racing position. Also included is a durable memory foam lumbar support cushion to provide maximum comfort and ergonomic support.
As well as the main fabric line, the RS12 is available in a mixed material Carbon edition which boasts our signature reinforced PVC upholstery with a comfortable velour seating area.
As with all GT Omega Racing Seats, the RS12 can be mounted to all GT Omega cockpits and the Rear seat frame for our wheel stands.
