Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the size and location of your order as follows:
- Small Items: £4.95
- Standard Shipping: £9.95
- Large Items and Orders: £29.95
Please note that offshore locations will incur an additional surcharge of £80 for large items and orders.
Digital purchases, such as GT Omega Gift Cards, have no shipping costs.

Shipping Times
We use FedEx, Parcel Force, UPS, DX Delivery and Royal Mail to send all of our UK orders.
Orders have a transit time of 1-3 business days. Shipping times do vary due to location.
Returns
At GT Omega, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We offer 14-day returns on products bought from our store.
This excludes Clearance Items which are not eligible to be returned.

Warranty
GT Omega stands by its products, and even though our chairs, cockpits and accessories are more robust than anything else on the market, problems can occur. Therefore GT Omega grants 18 months of manufacturer’s warranty for our chairs, simulator cockpits and desks starting from the day of delivery. Q. Is this an upgrade to the Classic Wheel Stand?
A. Yes! The PRO Wheel Stand is an updated version of our Classic Stand and features a host of quality of life upgrades including a Y-style Frame, updated and reinforced pedal tray and an updated wheel deck with a modern mounting hole pattern.
Q. Is this upgradable to a full racing cockpit?
A. When you're ready to take your racing to the next level, the PRO Wheel Stand can be upgraded to a full cockpit using the PRO Wheel Stand Rear Frame.
Q. What accessories are included with the PRO Wheel Stand?
A. Every PRO Wheel Stand includes the Stand, a gear shifter mount, and the Chair Link as standard.
Q. Is this compatible with my wheel and pedals?
A. We try to ensure that our PRO Wheel Stand is compatible with the widest possible range of equipment which is why we have updated our mounting points. Please refer to the Resources tab above for links to our mounting points so you can ensure that your gear will fit the stand.
