Shipping costs are determined by the size and location of your order as follows:
- Small Items: £4.95
- Standard Shipping: £9.95
- Large Items and Orders: £29.95
Please note that offshore locations will incur an additional surcharge of £80 for large items and orders.
Digital purchases, such as GT Omega Gift Cards, have no shipping costs.

Shipping Times
We use FedEx, Parcel Force, UPS, DX Delivery and Royal Mail to send all of our UK orders.
Orders have a transit time of 1-3 business days. Shipping times do vary due to location.
Returns
At GT Omega, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We offer 14-day returns on products bought from our store.
This excludes Clearance Items which are not eligible to be returned.

Warranty
GT Omega stands by its products, and even though our chairs, cockpits and accessories are more robust than anything else on the market, problems can occur. Therefore GT Omega grants 18 months of manufacturer’s warranty for our chairs, simulator cockpits and desks starting from the day of delivery. Aluminium Profile Frame
The Frame is built with durable and practical extruded aluminium which is anodized black for a more professional finish. This type of frame allows everything to be positioned exactly where you need it while maintaining peak strength and stability.
A Selection of Versatile Wheel Decks
The Prime cockpit comes with your selection of 4 Wheel Decks. No matter your choice, every wheel deck on the Prime features plenty of adjustment options to help you find your ideal racing position.
Multi Adjustable Pedal Plate
You asked and we listened. The Prime cockpit now features an updated V2 Pedal Plate. This highly anticipated update allows for far more angle and distance adjustment options while delivering a truly flex-free racing experience.
Included, Adjustable Gear Shifter
The gear shifter mounting design allows it to be placed on either side to suit your preference. Once installed you can easily adjust the distance of your gear shifter by sliding it along the channels then locking in place.
Personalised PRIME Ecosystem
The Prime Cockpit, is designed to be future proof. As well as having a large selection of existing accessories, new attachments and modifications for this cockpit are quick to develop to meet the needs of the sim racing community.
