Shipping costs are determined by the size and location of your order as follows:

  • Small Items: £4.95
  • Standard Shipping: £9.95
  • Large Items and Orders: £29.95

Please note that offshore locations will incur an additional surcharge of £80 for large items and orders.

Digital purchases, such as GT Omega Gift Cards, have no shipping costs.

Shipping Times

We use FedEx, Parcel Force, UPS, DX Delivery and Royal Mail to send all of our UK orders.

Orders have a transit time of 1-3 business days. Shipping times do vary due to location.

Returns

At GT Omega, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We offer 14-day returns on products bought from our store.

Warranty

GT Omega stands by its products, and even though our chairs, cockpits and accessories are more robust than anything else on the market, problems can occur. Therefore GT Omega grants 18 months of manufacturer’s warranty for our chairs, simulator cockpits and desks starting from the day of delivery. Aluminium Profile Frame

The Frame is built with durable and practical extruded aluminium which is anodized black for a more professional finish. This type of frame allows everything to be positioned exactly where you need it while maintaining peak strength and stability.

Versatile Wheel Deck

This wheel deck is unique to the Prime Lite and is highly adjustable. Bristol locking levers allow for quick and easy height and angle adjustment without the need of tools.

Adjustable Pedal Tray

Packaged with the Prime Lite is our V1 PRIME pedal tray which is simple to install and can be positioned where you need it horizontally as well as angled to let you find your ideal racing position.

Included, Adjustable Gear Shifter

The gear shifter mounting design allows it to be placed on either side to suit your preference. Once installed you can easily adjust the distance of your gear shifter by sliding it along the channels then locking in place.

Personalised PRIME Ecosystem

Like the Prime Cockpit, the Prime Lite is designed to be future proof. As well as having a large selection of existing accessories, new attachments and modifications for this cockpit are quick to develop to meet the needs of the sim racing community.
